Wix websites once had a bad reputation from an SEO perspective but they have come on leaps and bounds in recent years.

Still, we would put it in the same category as Squarespace as a platform to use if you are a small start-up company with limited resources or operating in a market with little competition.

The platform still has basic SEO features and is very easy to use for beginners, but in a competitive environment, this is another platform where you will need to work hard on your SEO strategy to compete with more flexible platforms.
